RAAV Return & Exchange Policy

ONLY EXCHANGE | NO RETURNS

At RAAV, each piece is thoughtfully hand-embroidered and made especially for you, which is why we offer exchanges only and do not accept returns. To maintain quality and fairness, we follow a strict exchange-only policy.

🚫 No Returns

We do not offer returns on any purchases.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:

Sale items
Purchases made during discount events (e.g. Black Friday, festive sales)
Made-to-order or custom pieces

🔄 Exchange Policy (Regular Online Orders)

Exchanges are permitted only in case of size-related issues, damaged clothing.

Exchange window:

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Eligibility criteria:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
All original tags must be intact
Item must be returned in its original packaging
A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is mandatory

If your required size is unavailable:

You may exchange for another product of equal value, or
Opt for store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue

📦 Shipping & Exchange Logistics

Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect
Please ensure the item is securely packed, preferably in its original packaging, to avoid transit damage
Sale items, discounted purchases, and made-to-order pieces remain non-returnable and non-exchangeable

⚠️ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
An unboxing video is mandatory for verification

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either an exchange or store credit, as deemed appropriate.
⚠️ Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
